Who we are looking for: 

The Information Technology Support Technician will answer questions and manage requests related to information systems (IT) production jobs.

 What you’ll be doing:

 Including but not limited to:

• Responsible for providing technical support and answering users' computer-related questions
• Maintains current list of computer requests
• Troubleshoots hardware, software and network problems
• Assists the Network/Systems Administrator
• Installs computer hardware and software
• Other responsibilities as needed.

 What you need to have: 

• Associate’s degree in computer science or IT preferred 
• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes/rapid work environment, manage competing demands
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and skills (oral and written)
• Must be willing to participate in and pass F&R’s pre-employment screening including a background investigation, drug screening and driving record.
