Position Description:
The Warehouse IT Support role at the Texas Distribution
Center (TDC) provides hands-on, on-site support for warehouse op technology, ensuring high availability of systems supporting receiving, troubleshooting issues, and repairing or replacing equipment such as label printers, scanners, and workstations, as well as supporting applications including Microsoft OS, BarTender, SQL, NiceLabel, web applications, and other legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily support of Zebra label printers, handheld scan guns, replacing consumables,
troubleshooting PC issues and assisting with all IT maintenance activities.
• Assist in asset management, basic network cabling, server room support movement & disposal of
equipment. Required Qualifications: Associates of Science (AS) in Computer & Information Technology, IT
Certification a plus with a good understanding of IT troubleshooting/communications skills.
