Roeper is currently recruiting for an Information Technology Technician II for our Technology Department. Position Summary Maintain and support computing environment and audiovisual equipment by identifying technical problems, installing technical upgrades, troubleshooting, resolving computer issues and providing end user support Key Responsibilities - Maintain, troubleshoot, and install, printers, computers, servers, Active Directory, account and network share administration, Office 365, wired and wireless networking, remote connection support and other systems
- Provides end user support for Windows, Outlook email, Microsoft Office, Adobe software, Blackbaud applications, Smart Boards, printers and other software
- Upgrades systems in conjunction with vendors and services including testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software
- Safeguards and keeps information confidential and protected
- Maintains high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Provides support for copiers and audiovisual equipment
- Oversee and facilitate operation of audiovisual equipment for events occurring during and after school hours
- Maintains audiovisual equipment usage and audit inventory
- Assists Information Technology team members with project completion
- Research equipment and software to assist in purchasing decisions
Skills - Windows 11 and successor versions as applicable, Microsoft Office, PC, and printer troubleshooting
- Windows server 2016 and above administration
- Active Directory account management
- Ability to learn new technologies, support implementation , and train users
- Ability to form collaborative work relationships

Qualifications - Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Three to five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary Consideration: The estimated base annual salary for this full-time role is from $55K. The final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include job-related work experience; industry experience; education; skills; and knowledge.
