Role Descriptions:

1. Saviynt Platform Development & Configuration • Design, develop, and configure Saviynt IGA solutions.
• Implement workflows, access requests, certifications, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Configure Access Requests, Certifications, Roles, Analytics, and Provisioning modules.

2. User Lifecycle Management
• Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Develop birthright access rules and automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding.

3. Application Integrations
• Integrate enterprise applications using connectors, REST APIs, JDBC, and LDAP.
• Configure reconciliation and provisioning processes.
• Support onboarding of new applications.

4. Development & Customization
• Develop custom workflows, rules, tasks, and API integrations.
• Create SQL queries, analytics, and reports.
• Support business-specific customization requirements.

5. Troubleshooting & Support
• Resolve issues related to access, provisioning, certifications, and integrations.
• Perform root-cause analysis and support incidents and changes.

6. Testing & Deployment
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT support testing.
• Deploy changes across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

7. Security & Compliance
• Support SoD, certifications, audits, and governance controls.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

8. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate with business users, application owners, and technical teams.
• Provide technical recommendations and solution guidance.

9. Documentation & Knowledge Management
• Maintain design documents, runbooks, and support guides.
• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.

10. Required Skills
• Saviynt EIC/EIP, IGA concepts, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML.
• Experience with AD, Azure AD, SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience Range: Typically 3-8 years in IAM/IGA with 2-4 years of hands-on Saviynt experience
