Role: Application Support
Location: Salt Lake City UT, 84101
Duration: 6+ months

Role Requirements:
Experience as a member of an application support team resolving issues for users of software systems.
- The role will be supporting both an MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
– Apriso and an ERP (financial system)
– Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Experience with one or the other is preferred though we will provide training for both and the interfaces between them
- Must have effective communications skills with users on the factory floor as well as office workers
- Will be assigned issues to resolve daily; this is the primary job duty
- Will be expected to track issues for the Site both in the helpdesk issue system and the software development environment to ensure follow-up and closure
- Will be a member of the D365 / Apriso IT Solution Support team and the IT Development teams to drive problem resolution

Experience:

• Service Now : 3 years (Required)
• .Net Core and .Net Framework: 3 years (Required)
• Manufacturing Application/IT Support : 3 years (Required)
