Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensuring that cloud modernization initiatives align with the overall business strategy and IT roadmap. Identifying potential risks associated with cloud modernization and developing mitigation plans. Monitoring the quality and performance of cloud solutions through regular audits and performance testing. Managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Skills: Possessing a strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies. Having a solid background in networking, security, and IT operations within an enterprise environment. Familiarity with IaC tools and methodologies (like Terraform) for automated infrastructure management. Understanding and potentially applying DevOps principles to streamline the deployment and management of cloud resources roficiency in major cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including their core services, architecture best practices, and pricing models.
Desirable Skills: PMP or similar certifications
