CTG is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst III to support enterprise automation operations and infrastructure initiatives for our client. This role will focus on supporting the Broadcom Automic enterprise automation platform, including daily operational support, deployments, incident resolution, patching, upgrades, and datacenter migration activities.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Broadcom Automic enterprise automation solutions
  • Perform job setup, workflow reviews, deployments, and operational monitoring
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure and automation incidents
  • Conduct system patching, upgrades, health checks, and operating system updates
  • Support CoLo migration activities into a new datacenter environment
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Analyze recurring system issues and recommend process improvements
  • Participate in cross-functional infrastructure and operational projects
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
  • Ensure adherence to security, risk, compliance, and operational standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of higher education and/or relevant IT infrastructure experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise automation or job scheduling platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience with system maintenance, patching, and infrastructure support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
  • 7+ years of infrastructure or systems administration experience
  • Experience with Broadcom Automic or similar automation platforms
  • Experience supporting datacenter or CoLo migration initiatives
  • Relevant infrastructure or systems certifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $35.88 to $59.80/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
