Introduction
This role is responsible for defining an architectural vision and architecture for large, complex solutions, which align with the enterprise architecture strategy, technology, and platform choices for the defined domain (Business, Application, Data, and Technology). The role involves ensuring solutions are fit for purpose by working with stakeholders, vendors/service providers, and evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong infrastructure background with expertise in network and cloud technologies.
- Experience with virtualization of servers and setting up applications that span across availability zones.
- Understanding of reliability and observability in infrastructure setup.
- Experience in defining nonfunctional requirements and architectural runway to support new epics/features.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with architecture roadmaps and best practices development.
- Ability to lead solution-driven discussions and design complex architectures.
- Familiarity with technology practices, standardization strategies, and innovative solution creation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of the architecture roadmap of defined domains in support of the product roadmap.
- Work across business and technology to create the solution intent and architectural vision for large complex solutions.
- Facilitate solution-driven discussions and lead the design of complex architectures.
