ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain standard VCF Automation blueprints and catalog items using approved templates and design patterns.Build and update Orchestrator workflows for routine provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle tasks under guidance.Support integration of automation requests with ServiceNow service catalog items and approval workflows.Assist with Git-based version control, testing, and promotion of infrastructure-as-code changes through established CI/CD processes.Support development and maintenance of internal platform APIs and reusable automation modules.Execute validation testing for blueprint, workflow, and integration changes before production release.Document automation logic, configuration standards, runbooks, and support procedures.Participate in incident, request, and change processes related to automation-supported platform services.Follow established security, secrets-handling, logging, and change-control practices for automation solutions.Schedule & PresenceOn‑site role supporting 24/7 operations. Standard shifts occur within a 6:00 AM‑6:00 PM window, Monday through Friday.
