THE WORK
Youll develop and direct detailed project plans, integrating technical activities to achieve strategic goals. Youll present and clearly explain complex proposals, reports, and findings to client stakeholders. Youll recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering their professional development and competence. Youll analyze technology trends, resource availability, and market demand to assess project feasibility. Youll lead cross-functional discussions with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications and procedures. Youll review, negotiate, and recommend contracts and cost estimates for approval. Youll oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility to execution and integration. Youll translate technical concepts and project updates for diverse audiences, including clients and internal staff. Youll manage resource allocation and team performance to align with project objectives and market opportunities. Youll ensure project alignment with business objectives through continuous assessment of technical needs and market conditions.

$100,000 - $150,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, or Washington as set forth below.
