THE WORK:

  • Youll provide daily site inspection reports to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications and codes.
  • Youll coordinate in the field with clients/owners, consultants, contractors, designers and regulatory agencies.
  • Youll monitor and documents contractor resource utilization (labor, materials and equipment) for field changes, and time and material work and assist with negotiation of basic field construction changes.
  • Youll regularly attend and participate in construction meetings, safety meetings/updates and project site coordination meetings.
  • Youll verify equipment and materials installation.
  • Youll measure and record pay quantities.
  • Youll review the contractors schedule.
  • Youll coordinate 3rd-party special material testing inspections.
  • Youll review and provide input on potential change order issues.
  • Youll maintain project records including safety documentation.
  • Youll manage project photographic records.
  • Youll conduct verification of field surveys.
  • Youll maintain a daily report of all work site activities.
  • Youll perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

$30 - $35 an hour

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
