THE WORK:

• Youll lead the project controls function, overseeing scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk management, and change control across complex capital projects.

• Youll establish, maintain, and enforce project controls processes that align with project governance requirements and corporate standards.

• Youll manage project performance against approved budgets, financial baselines, and key performance indicators, partnering closely with project leadership and finance teams.

• Youll develop and maintain project forecasts, cash flow analyses, cost reports, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making.

• Youll oversee schedule development, progress tracking, critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessments to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Youll integrate cost, schedule, and risk data to provide a comprehensive view of project health, trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.

• Youll lead change management activities, evaluating impacts to scope, schedule, and cost while ensuring adherence to established change control processes.

• Youll maintain project risk registers, facilitate mitigation planning, and proactively monitor risk response actions throughout the project lifecycle.

• Youll prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance analyses to stakeholders, steering committees, and senior leadership.

• Youll ensure compliance with project management frameworks, financial policies, quality standards, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across the project controls organization.

• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

• With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

$180,000 - $210,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
