THE WORK:

Permits, Licenses & Approvals

• Youll support the PLA Lead in monitoring conditions of approval, permit requirements, and deliverables throughout pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Youll maintain the PLA tracking matrix, including the Conditions of Approval Matrix, ensuring it remains current as requirements evolve.
• Youll prepare dashboards, summary reports, and status updates to track permit and approval compliance.
• Youll coordinate with contractors, design disciplines, and agencies to align schedules and manage submission timelines.
• Youll support the preparation and completion of project close-out documentation.
• Youll coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, maintain action logs, and track follow-through on commitments. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
• Youll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, social media planning, public events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Youll stay informed of on-site construction activities and proactively coordinate with contractors to ensure public notifications and mitigation measures are delivered on time.
• Youll assist in preparing and distributing communications materials.
• Youll conduct outreach to local businesses and residents regarding upcoming construction activities while expanding and maintaining the stakeholder database.
• Youll coordinate and respond to public inquiries and maintain accurate stakeholder databases and engagement records.

$120,000 - $140,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
