THE WORK:

· You’ll create and update program and project schedules using Primavera P6.

· You’ll integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets).

· You’ll generate summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones, and baseline variance reports.

· You’ll coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problem areas.

· You’ll ensure adherence to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), global codes, and templates.

· You’ll publish schedules in PDF and other formats to designated locations.

· You’ll integrate Primavera P6 data with other platforms, such as K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics.

· You’ll support change management processes and perform routine QA/QC checks on schedules.

· You’ll provide scheduling insights to project managers to resolve issues proactively.

· You’ll attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

 
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

· High school diploma

· 2-4 years of direct or relevant experience with a degree or 4-6 years of direct or relevant experience without a degree

· Experience supporting projects or portfolios valued at less than $1M

BONUS POINTS TO HAVE:

· A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences

· Strong interpersonal skills for working in both one-on-one and group settings

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and/relocation reimbursement allowance.
