THE WORK:
- You'll lead field execution of transmission and distribution capital projects from construction mobilization through project completion.
- You'll coordinate daily construction activities among contractors, engineering teams, operations personnel, and client stakeholders.
- You'll monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- You'll conduct field inspections, constructability reviews, and site walkdowns to verify work quality and project readiness.
- You'll support project planning by providing construction expertise during design reviews, outage planning, and work package development.
- You'll identify field issues and coordinate timely resolution to minimize impacts to project cost and schedule.
- You'll review field change requests, contractor documentation, and construction progress to ensure accurate project reporting.
- You'll facilitate construction coordination meetings and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to project leadership.
- You'll promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, client safety requirements, and established construction best practices.
- You'll support project turnover activities, punch list completion, commissioning coordination, and project closeout.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
