THE WORK:

• Youll provide market sector leadership for Accentures utility and energy grant consulting practice, with accountability for growth, delivery, and client outcomes.
• Youll conduct business development, capture strategy, proposal leadership, and senior client relationships across the Federal energy funding landscape.
• Youll oversee full grant lifecycle advisory - from opportunity identification and application through budget compliance, audit, and closeout.
• Youll manage a team of grant professionals across multiple concurrent engagements, with direct responsibility for performance, development, and culture.
• Youll provide go-to-market strategy for new DOE and Federal funding opportunities, regulatory shifts, and cross-sector service expansion.
• Youll oversee internal practice operations including financial performance, quality management, risk, and reporting.
