THE WORK:

• Youll lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex capital projects and programs from initiation through closeout.
• Youll manage project controls activities across cost, schedule, forecasting, estimating, progress measurement, risk management, and change control.
• Youll develop and maintain integrated project schedules, execution plans, performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting dashboards to drive informed decision-making.
• Youll facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, stakeholder workshops, and project communications to ensure alignment across teams and leadership.
• Youll prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and performance updates that clearly communicate project status, risks, and key decisions.
• Youll partner with engineering, procurement, construction, operations, quality, and contractor teams to optimize project performance and achieve delivery objectives.
• Youll support commissioning, startup, turnover, and operational readiness activities, ensuring seamless project handover and system completion.
• Youll identify project risks, issues, and opportunities while developing mitigation strategies, recovery plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Youll leverage PMIS platforms, digital delivery tools, workflow automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance project execution, forecasting, and reporting.
• Youll contribute to business growth through proposal development, client presentations, solution development, project management best practices, and strategic client engagement.
• Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

$150,000 - $200,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
