THE WORK:
- You'll manage project controls, cost and performance activities and procedures, project logistics, organization, systems and project close-out.
- Youll assume role on projects as the client's advisor and project manager. Function as an extension of client staff.
- Youll document and track relevant information and project statuses. Prepare reports-including risk and construction progress-and enforce QA/QC.
- Youll manage both the project budget and schedule to meet the qualitative standards.
- Youll review contractors' construction schedules and provide feedback to help ensure timely completion of the work.
- Youll manage and coordinates project team and contractors in communicating directives and ensuring the project scope is built according to plans, specifications, and cost limits.
- Youll anticipate and resolve conflicts across design, construction, operations, safety, and commissioning while liaising with key airport divisions.
- Youll oversee shop drawing reviews, mockups, acceptance tests, and participate in testing, commissioning, and punch list closeout.
- Youll review design team responses to requests for clarification from contractors to ensure Owner views are represented.
- Youll negotiate with contractors to achieve a fair and reasonable cost for change orders and reviews their impact on the project.
- Youll review applications for payment and perform fiscal management of project resources.
- Youll coordinate with airport stakeholders to meet administrative, operational, technical, engineering, and closeout objectives.
- Youll lead project meetings.
- Youll perform other construction management functions as assigned.
- Youll work onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
$110,000 - $150,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, or Washington as set forth below.
