THE WORK:
- You'll lead the planning, execution, and closeout of transmission and distribution capital projects. • You'll manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk throughout the project lifecycle. • You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and project partners. • You'll coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls activities. • You'll monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives. • You'll review project budgets, forecasts, schedules, change orders, and contractor performance. • You'll facilitate project meetings and provide status reporting to client and Accenture leadership. • You'll ensure compliance with client standards, regulatory requirements, and safety expectations. • You'll identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. • You'll mentor team members and promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
