A leading investment bank, infrastructure advisory firm, private equity fund, or asset manager may seek an Infrastructure Deal Lead to support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of infrastructure transactions.
This role is designed for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to large-scale, long-duration assets, including transportation, energy, utilities, digital infrastructure, and public-private partnerships. The position emphasizes transaction ownership, cross-functional coordination, and analytical rigor across the deal lifecycle.
Support end-to-end infrastructure deal execution, including M&A, project finance, capital raises, and asset acquisitions
Build and maintain financial models, including project finance models, DCFs, and scenario-based return analyses
Coordinate deal workstreams across internal teams, advisors, lenders, and investors
Conduct sector-specific research across infrastructure verticals (transport, power, utilities, digital, energy transition)
Perform valuation, sensitivity, and benchmarking analyses for infrastructure assets and platforms
Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and transaction presentations
Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction documentation
Partner with senior deal professionals to manage timelines, priorities, and client communications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Strong interest in infrastructure investing, project finance, or real assets
Solid financial modeling and valuation skills; project finance exposure is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple deal processes simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset
Prior experience or internships in investment banking, infrastructure advisory, private equity, project finance, or consulting are beneficial
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools
