Infrastructure Design Coordinator This role shall: * develop and modify floorplans for building A/V systems, video conferencing, IoT devices, network drops, etc. * have experience working with floorplans and knowledge of infrastructure design and general building construction * identify problems and offer solutions within Space Optimization and Utilization Project (SOUP)designs * attend meetings on space design and planning * serve as liaison to Workplace Solutions management * use Bluebeam Revu and other software for design * works with Department of General Services Bureau of Real Estate and/or Capital Programs involved in SOUP projects and vendors, lessors, and contractors involved * collaborate with Enterprise Telecom, Network Operations, and Video Conference teams Key skills: * Ability to design and modify floorplans for AV, telecom, IoT, and network infrastructure * Strong understanding of building infrastructure, construction processes, and architectural drawings * Problem‑solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions within space planning (SOUP) designs * Effective participation in design and planning meetings * Strong communication and coordination skills to serve as liaison with Workplace Solutions * Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and related design software * Experience collaborating with real estate teams, contractors, vendors, and government agencies * Ability to work closely with Enterprise Telecom, Network Operations, and Video Conferencing teams
