Introduction

Join our dynamic team as an Infrastructure Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our enterprise pipeline capabilities. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about CI/CD processes and have a knack for troubleshooting and guiding application teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Heavy experience with CI/CD pipelines, focusing on vulnerability scanning and code quality.
  • Proficiency in CI orchestration tools like GitHub Actions and Harness.
  • Experience with scanning tools such as Black Duck, Checkmarx, and Trufflehog.
  • Strong understanding of repositories (GitHub/Git SaaS) and binary/artifact management (Artifactory).
  • DevOps/CI-CD background with a focus on understanding the "whys," not just execution.
  • Automation/scripting skills, particularly in Python.
  • Ability to support app teams by troubleshooting and understanding technologies like Maven, Node.js, and Gradle.
  • Experience in SRE practices, including monitoring through Grafana and proactive workload review.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with prior work experience in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with TFS/Jenkins, understanding deploy pipelines.
  • Good communication skills to interact with internal customers and app teams.
  • Developers who no longer want to develop but can understand tech logs and speak the developers' language.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Help operations team onboard into new tooling smoothly and support technical issues.
  • Push out platform updates and guide app teams on necessary actions.
  • Modify configurations and implement requested changes.
  • Manage ticket categories, prioritizing break/fix issues over service/change requests.
