Required Skills & Qualifications
- Heavy experience with CI/CD pipelines, focusing on vulnerability scanning and code quality.
- Proficiency in CI orchestration tools like GitHub Actions and Harness.
- Experience with scanning tools such as Black Duck, Checkmarx, and Trufflehog.
- Strong understanding of repositories (GitHub/Git SaaS) and binary/artifact management (Artifactory).
- DevOps/CI-CD background with a focus on understanding the "whys," not just execution.
- Automation/scripting skills, particularly in Python.
- Ability to support app teams by troubleshooting and understanding technologies like Maven, Node.js, and Gradle.
- Experience in SRE practices, including monitoring through Grafana and proactive workload review.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with prior work experience in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with TFS/Jenkins, understanding deploy pipelines.
- Good communication skills to interact with internal customers and app teams.
- Developers who no longer want to develop but can understand tech logs and speak the developers' language.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Help operations team onboard into new tooling smoothly and support technical issues.
- Push out platform updates and guide app teams on necessary actions.
- Modify configurations and implement requested changes.
- Manage ticket categories, prioritizing break/fix issues over service/change requests.
