Infrastructure Engineer 840258

Fairfield County MSP is looking for a highly qualified Small and Medium Business Systems Engineer. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of implementing Microsoft technologies and consulting with firms with 50-300 employees.
The candidate should be comfortable speaking to and advising small business owners as well as being able to communicate effectively between technical and business professionals. Candidates must have 5 years of professional IT experience. Previous consulting experience is a plus. Documentation skills are a necessity.
The candidate should be able to:
? Review any existing Microsoft based network of 50-300 employees
? Identify strengths and weaknesses of SMB networks
? Be comfortable recommending new technologies
? Estimate the amount of time it would take to implement proposed solutions
? Travel to client sites as necessary (limited to CT, NYC and Southern Westchester)

? VMWare virtualization solutions
? Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki)
? Switching (Dell, Meraki, Cisco)
