We are seeking a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems and network infrastructure that supports our business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud services, virtualization, system administration, and network security.
Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions (on-premises and cloud-based).
Manage and monitor servers, networks, storage, and backup systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to support deployment and integration activities.
Maintain infrastructure documentation including network diagrams, system configurations, and support procedures.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to security and data protection.
Participate in on-call rotation and incident response activities as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–6 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related role.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or CompTIA Network+.
Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (e.g., Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana).
