Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to design, operationalize, and automate enterprise endpoint monitoring and analytics. This role focuses on routing Intune telemetry into Azure, building KQL-driven insights, developing executive-ready dashboards, and automating remediation and reporting across large device fleets. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure Monitor, KQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Graph, with a strong operational and security mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Route Intune logs to Azure Monitor / Log Analytics; build KQL queries, alerts, and workbooks
• Develop Power BI dashboards to report on device compliance, health, and deployments
• Perform fleet-wide device analysis using Intune Advanced Analytics (KQL)
• Track Windows Update for Business compliance and remediation via Azure Monitor
• Enable and optimize Endpoint Analytics to improve startup, sign-in, and user experience
• Automate reporting and workflows using Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps, and Functions
• Integrate Intune device compliance with Conditional Access policies
• Document standards, runbooks, and analytics templates; mentor support teams

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint compliance
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and KQL
• Experience building Power BI dashboards for operational and executive audiences
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Entra ID app registrations
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps and/or Azure Functions
• Ability to translate analytics into measurable operational improvements
