· 3–7 years of infrastructure engineering or systems administration experience.
· Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
· Experience working with Microsoft Azure.
· Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
· Experience supporting networking and endpoint technologies.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work directly with clients in a consulting environment.
· Implement and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
· Deploy and administer Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
· Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and identity synchronization.
· Configure and support Microsoft Intune for device and endpoint management.
· Assist with server migrations, cloud migrations, and infrastructure modernization projects.
· Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
· Configure and troubleshoot networking components including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless solutions.
· Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and operational procedures.
· Participate in client assessments and infrastructure reviews.
· Collaborate with project teams to deliver client solutions on time and within scope.
