Description
- Lead and manage facilities management operations, ensuring optimal performance of infrastructure systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient and sustainable building operations.
- Supervise technical teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and respond to infrastructure-related issues promptly.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

Profile
A successful Infrastructure Engineering Manager should have:
- 10+ years managing critical infrastructure and for Investment Banks
- Knowledge and the use of financial tools
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver key information to stakeholders and in large group settings
- Organizational skills for keeping track of various schedules, timelines and initiatives
- Understand and implementation of finance and budgeting
- Training and/or certifications related to the industry and this role
- Bachelors degree or related experience in the critical infrastructure and technology field.
