Support financial modeling for infrastructure projects (project finance models, cash flow waterfalls, sensitivity analyses)
Assist in evaluating equity and debt investment opportunities across infrastructure sectors
Conduct industry and regulatory research related to energy, utilities, transportation, and public infrastructure
Coordinate due diligence processes including technical, legal, environmental, and financial reviews
Prepare investment memoranda, committee materials, and investor presentations
Analyze concession agreements, revenue models, and contractual frameworks
Track deal pipelines, transaction milestones, and capital deployment schedules
Collaborate with senior investment professionals on acquisition, refinancing, and portfolio management initiatives
Monitor portfolio asset performance and assist with reporting to internal stakeholders and investors
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Strong interest in infrastructure investing, project finance, real assets, or energy markets
Solid financial modeling and valuation capabilities
Understanding of debt structuring, capital stacks, and long-term asset cash flow profiles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a transaction-driven environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or experience in investment banking, infrastructure private equity, project finance, energy advisory, or corporate finance is beneficial
