The Infrastructure Investments Specialist supports investment teams by analyzing infrastructure investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio performance, and assisting with project execution and reporting. This role combines financial analysis, market research, and operational support to ensure successful deployment and management of infrastructure capital.
The position involves close collaboration with portfolio managers, project finance teams, risk and compliance teams, and operations personnel.
Monitor infrastructure market trends, project performance, and investment activity
Support execution and closing of infrastructure investments, including project finance and public-private partnerships
Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment for infrastructure projects
Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and reports for portfolio insights
Assist with position monitoring, P&L tracking, and risk exposure reporting
Identify project risks, inefficiencies, or potential investment opportunities
Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc investment and portfolio reports for senior management
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Understanding of infrastructure investing, project finance, or capital-intensive assets
Experience or coursework in financial modeling, infrastructure analysis, or portfolio management (preferred but not required)
Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in infrastructure, sustainable investment, and long-term capital deployment
