Eaton's IT team is currently seeking an Infrastructure Manager II to join the team. This position will be based at Dallas, TX or Minden, LA with travel to other local sites as needed.
The primary function of this position is to manage overall operational excellence of the IT Zone support team. Manage and coordinate escalations across various global product teams, accountable for Zone related escalations, and lead global improvement initiatives. Responsible for support team allocations to sites, provide insight into capital spending and expenses to sites, provide budget, forecast and ensure actual spending.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year.

What you'll be doing:
Tools/Technology
- Stays current with industry trends in information technology advancements.
- Growth Mindset & Digital Innovation: Champion digital transformation by applying Lean and Agile principles, embracing new technologies, and fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
Process
- IT Service Management & Compliance: Manage IT service delivery using ServiceNow. Oversee disaster recovery planning, IT audits, and ensure compliance with SOX, ITAR, and other regulatory standards. Engage Security for external audits, prepare documentation as needed.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure financial targets are met across the Zone.
- Project Management: Manage small to mid-sized infrastructure initiatives as a 'Citizen PM' or own a workstream in larger global Cyber or other initiatives.
- Ensure adherence of Lean Daily Management (e.g. 5S - clean workplace initiative, RCA, Gemba)
- Participate in the Inventory, Risk Assessment & Profit Planning Process. Review with team and influence budgeting, forecasting, and spending for IT infrastructure
- Asset Management: Ensure that client-related IT assets are effectively utilized and that information on those assets is up-to-date and usable.

- Accountable for site related escalations and leads global improvement initiatives.
- Customer Focus & Continuous Improvement: Drive service improvement initiatives, mentor teams in customer engagement, and apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency. Fulfill global training responsibilities including delivery of training through SIS ERG.
- Talent & Vendor Management: Lead a Zone-level IT team, manage performance, onboard and develop talent, and oversee vendor relationships during IT initiatives.
- Business Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with plant leadership, product owners, align IT with business needs, and serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders. Be the Voice of Customer (VOC).
- Multiple Sites Oversight: Responsible for leading teams across multiple locations in geographic areas. This includes sites with different levels of complexity and may vary by region. Includes Key Strategic Growth Sites and Crown Jewel sites.
- A leader of Managers (have lower-level leaders reporting to them)
- On Call as needed; Travel 20%
- Additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.
Specialty in 1 or more areas not less than 15% of role:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Lead PC deployment teams and IT integration efforts during M&A activities. This may include expansion sites.
- Operational Technology & IT Integration: Integrate OT with IT systems, partner with manufacturing engineers, lead risk assessments, and drive innovation in industrial automation.
- Network Infrastructure Management: Oversee perimeter network solutions, infrastructure upgrades, and ensure secure, scalable network operations in partnership with product owners.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Seven (7) years of relevant IT Leadership experience.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
