About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support enterprise-level IT initiatives within the EPMO. This role requires strong project execution skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects, along with strong reporting, communication, and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Strong experience managing projects.
  • Hands-on experience with any PPM tools such as KeyedIn, Planview, Clarity, or similar.
  • Proven experience in:
    • Project planning and execution
    • Risk and issue management
    • Status reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical projects such as:
    • Windows load monitoring initiatives
    • O365 upgrades (32-bit to 64-bit migration)
    • LOS-related projects and incident management
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and timelines.
  • Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Manage and monitor project budgets (up to $500K).
  • Ensure proper documentation and governance standards are followed.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership.
