Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Security Administrator to manage enterprise network infrastructure, server environments, and cybersecurity operations across multiple locations. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining highly available, secure, and reliable IT systems while supporting infrastructure modernization, network security, and enterprise technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in networking, systems administration, and information security, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. This role works closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure enterprise systems remain secure, scalable, and operational.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure & Network Administration
  • Administer enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and cloud networking
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and network security appliances
  • Support Azure networking, cloud connectivity, and enterprise VPN solutions
  • Manage Active Directory, Windows Server, DHCP, file servers, and related infrastructure services
  • Monitor network and server performance, capacity, and availability across multiple locations
  • Perform hardware, software, and infrastructure lifecycle management
  • Cybersecurity Operations
  • Operate and maintain enterprise security infrastructure including:
  • Firewalls
  • VPN gateways
  • IDS/IPS
  • Endpoint protection
  • Web proxy solutions
  • Network Access Control (NAC)
  • SIEM and EDR/XDR platforms
  • Monitor security events, investigate threats, and respond to security incidents
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and remediation activities
  • Implement security hardening and maintain compliance with industry best practices
  • Support rollout of enterprise security policies and standards
Systems Administration
  • Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DHCP, and enterprise server platforms
  • Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery processes
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures

Project & Operational Support:
  • Support enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and remote support organizations
  • Evaluate and recommend infrastructure and security technologies
  • Assist with vendor management and technology lifecycle planning
  • Provide technical guidance to junior IT staff and project teams

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment

  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and hybrid networking
  • Bilingual English/Korean is a plus but not required
