BASIC FUNCTION: Work collaboratively to provide technical support and maintain secure, reliable infrastructure for NIACC faculty, staff, and students. This position supports campus Information Technology systems across network, server, and endpoint environments while helping develop, implement, and manage the college's information security practices. The Infrastructure & Security Technician will use change and project management tools to track, monitor, and resolve infrastructure and security issues, partners with departments to safeguard information assets, and delivers responsive, high-quality customer service.
