Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions that enable secure, scalable, and highly available business applications. This role is responsible for developing infrastructure architecture, maintaining enterprise data models, guiding cloud and on-premises deployments, and ensuring system integrity across complex environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Windows and Linux server environments, cloud architecture, application infrastructure, and enterprise data management while collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to deliver reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain enterprise infrastructure architecture supporting mission-critical applications and services.

·         Coordinate and integrate system data models to promote data sharing, eliminate redundancy, and improve data efficiency.

·         Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and provide technical architecture guidance.

·         Develop, maintain, and enforce enterprise data classification standards, metadata repositories, and data governance practices.

·         Create, maintain, and validate system-level architecture designs, documentation, and technical specifications.

·         Define and enforce enterprise data standards, security controls, and data management best practices to ensure data integrity and usability.

·         Develop enterprise information architecture models aligned with organizational data management strategies.

·         Design and maintain enterprise-wide data models supporting integration across multiple applications and platforms.

·         Establish and manage configuration management standards, processes, and documentation.

·         Document application security controls and ensure compliance with infrastructure security standards.

·         Evaluate infrastructure solutions and recommend software enhancements, upgrades, and corrective actions.

·         Lead infrastructure consolidation, migration, modernization, and integration initiatives.

·         Gather, organize, and manage technical requirements and infrastructure-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Support the implementation of enterprise IT solutions from planning through deployment.

·         Provide recommendations to development teams regarding software integration and infrastructure architecture.

·         Develop enterprise data management strategies supporting data retention, security, and compliance.

·         Facilitate architecture review sessions, technical design meetings, and solution planning workshops.

·         Create data models, data flow diagrams, and architecture documentation.

·         Evaluate infrastructure changes to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

·         Review enterprise architecture reference models and apply architectural best practices to solution design.

·         Validate project documentation, technical designs, system diagrams, and implementation plans.

·         Ensure the architectural integrity, stability, scalability, and security of enterprise application environments.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
• 8+ years of experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and infrastructure design.
• Experience supporting application servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss.
• Experience designing native and hybrid cloud solutions using AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure security, scalability, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system specifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience designing and administering IIS, Apache, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) environments.
• Experience architecting highly available Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database environments.
• Experience securing enterprise networks, web applications, and databases.
• Experience with network administration.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as C#, Java, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools including Ansible, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, and Veracode.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience designing containerized environments using Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS deployments.
• Experience using architecture and diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Experience with Cloudflare.
• Previous experience supporting government or large enterprise environments.
