As NFM's Infrastructure Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the technology that powers our business running smoothly and securely. You'll lead a talented team of IT professionals while shaping the future of our infrastructure environment, driving technology improvements, and delivering solutions that support our customers and coworkers across the organization. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others, building strong partnerships, and finding innovative ways to leverage technology for business success.This role is best suited for someone who values teamwork, communicates respectfully, and builds trust across the organization. This position requires the candidate to reside in NE, IA, KS, MO, or TX. Final candidates will be required to come on-site prior to receiving an offer or on their first day of employment.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Lead: Guide infrastructure operational planning and strategic projects while effectively managing and allocating IT resources to support business needsCollaborate: Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and implement technology solutions that drive organizational successOversee: Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of infrastructure hardware and softwareOptimize: Ensure efficient and effective utilization of technology resources, equipment, and personnel across the organizationRecommend: Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and strategic recommendations that support IT investments and innovationDirect: Oversee infrastructure reporting, documentation, compliance, and operational best practices to maintain a secure and reliable technology environmentMentor: Develop, coach, and support team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field6+ years' experience including systems and network engineering2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacityStrong technical knowledge of Operating Systems, Cloud Technologies (private/public), Security Applications and NetworkingStrong technical knowledge of multi-tier architectures: load balancers, proxies, caching, web servers, application servers and databasesKnows the role of automation, modern dev services for source control and configuration management in technology infrastructureProven experience in IT infrastructure planning and developmentIn-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and lawExperience managing multiple projects, deadlines, team mentoring and leadershipValid driver's license and acceptable driving record; ability to travel between NFM locations as business needs requireApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the USA on a full-time basis.
