Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technical Architect to provide enterprise architecture and infrastructure engineering leadership across Identity & Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS/DDI, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise infrastructure transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives while ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient architecture solutions.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure Engineering.
Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), DNS/DDI, networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity architecture.
Experience supporting infrastructure separation, migration, divestiture, and enterprise transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies, hybrid cloud architectures, and enterprise security frameworks.
Hands-on experience conducting architecture reviews, impact assessments, risk analysis, and technical governance.
Proven ability to develop solution architectures, target-state architecture, migration strategies, and technical documentation.
Strong understanding of infrastructure resiliency, compliance, security, and operational best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience working within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure Engineering
Provide enterprise architecture leadership across infrastructure, IAM, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.
Design secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions aligned with business and transformation objectives.
Support enterprise architecture reviews and strategic infrastructure engineering decisions.
IAM, Directory Services & Security Architecture
Provide architecture guidance across IAM, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, DNS/DDI, networking, and cybersecurity platforms.
Design secure identity, authentication, authorization, and directory service solutions.
Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise security, compliance, resilience, and operational standards.
Separation, Migration & Transformation Programs
Lead infrastructure separation, migration, divestiture, and modernization initiatives.
Develop target-state architecture, migration roadmaps, and transition strategies.
Identify technical dependencies, risks, impacts, and mitigation plans across transformation workstreams.
Architecture Governance & Risk Management
Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments, technical governance, and risk analysis.
Evaluate technology solutions and recommend architectures that balance scalability, security, performance, and business objectives.
