Immediate full-time contract role in Chandler, AZ for an Infrastructure Technician supporting a new data center build. Responsibilities include installing, terminating, and testing fiber optic trunks and enclosures, performing structured cabling with fiber and copper, installing/removing cabinets and pathway systems, conducting fiber testing with OTDR and power meters, and documenting work in compliance with safety standards.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with fiber optic and structured cabling, the ability to interpret technical drawings, proficiency with fiber testing tools, physical capability to handle equipment, and strong troubleshooting skills. Preferred certifications include OSHA 10/30 and BICSI or FOA fiber optic certifications.
Pay ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, with benefits such as medical, dental, 401(k), HSA/FSA, and more. Candidates must be eligible to work on a W-2 basis.
