  • Assist with purchasing responsibilities when needed
  • Contribute to department and hospital committees, projects, and quality improvement efforts
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing competency development of team members
  • Collaborate with pharmacists, infusion center staff, and healthcare teams to support safe patient care
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards

What We're Looking For

  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain compliance with safety standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality, and excellent service
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in Indiana and Kentucky
  • Must obtain Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) designation within one year of employment

What We Offer

  • Hands-on experience with sterile compounding and advanced pharmacy operations
  • Opportunities to expand your skills in infusion services, pharmacy technology, and medication management
  • Exposure to a collaborative healthcare environment alongside pharmacists, nurses, and clinical teams
  • Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
  • Career growth pathways within pharmacy services and the broader healthcare system
  • A stable healthcare environment focused on patient safety, quality, and innovation
  • A team-oriented culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
