Infusion Intake Coordinator

TheInfusion Intake Coordinatorwill directly educate a prospective patient through the intake process leading to enrollment withAlways Compassionate Health.

This person will work closely with referral sources, account managers, clinical team, and provider relations to ensure all tasks are efficiently completed associated with the enrollment process. The coordinator's direct job function would allow a patient to receive the proper care they need and confirm all information about said patient has been recorded correctly.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Home Care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with problem solving skills
• Strong customer service background

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate ability to multi-task
• Collaborate with the team to triage new cases, present issues, and other factors impacting initial case assignments
• Managing acute and chronic therapies including IVIg, TPN’s, and antibiotics
• Collaborate with coordinators and field healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Respond to inquiries for outpatient referrals, gather demographic data, collect preliminary client information to identify the appropriate clinician, and assist in scheduling initial appointments

Location: Melville, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm/Possibilities of some Saturdays

Salary: $60,000-$65,000
