Location: Savannah, Guyton, Pooler, Rincon & surrounding areasJob Type: PRN / Per DiemSchedule: Flexible – Days, Evenings & Weekends Available

What You'll Do
As a Private Duty Home Care Nurse, you will:
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Manage IV infusions and vascular access devices
- Provide wound care and dressing changes using evidence-based practices
- Perform PEG/G-tube feeding and enteral nutrition management
- Provide catheter and ostomy care
- Promote patient safety, dignity, comfort, and independence
Preferred Clinical Experience
Experience with the following is preferred:
- IV infusion therapy
- Access, maintain, and de-access PICC lines and implanted ports.
- Wound care
- Tube feeding (PEG/G-tube)
- Tracheostomy care
- Medication management
- Catheter and ostomy care
- Home health, private duty, hospice, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care
Qualifications
- Current, active Savannah or South Carolina RN license
- PICC and implanted-port access experience required.
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island service area
Schedule & Flexibility
- PRN / Per Diem
- Flexible scheduling
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
