Active Pharmacist license in good standing (State Board of Pharmacy)
PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy)
Home infusion experience with clean room / sterile compounding knowledge (required)
Ability to work onsite and remain flexible for occasional later coverage (up to 7:00 PM)
Perform pharmacist final checks and support clinical documentation
Review labs and ensure appropriate therapy/medication handling
Provide patient consultation and medication counseling (side effects/interactions, etc.)
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy files
Support sterile preparation workflows and ensure proper procedures are followed
Oversee/support pharmacy staff (technicians/clerks) as needed
Maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceutical/medical supplies
Identify and communicate drug-related problems to providers/clinical team
A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring an Infusion Pharmacist for an onsite contract opportunity in Fairfield, NJ. This role supports a home infusion / clean room environment, so sterile compounding knowledge is required. You’ll focus on final verification, lab review, and documentation (this is not primarily a prescription-processing role).
Location: Fairfield, NJ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with flexibility to stay as late as 7:00 PM as needed
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $64.27/hr (W2)
