Job Title: Staff Pharmacist
Pay: $130,000 - $145,000 per year
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30AM-5PM

As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll be a vital part of supporting patient health through accurate medication dispensing, therapy assessment, and patient education. You'll collaborate closely with the Pharmacy Manager or Director of Pharmacy to ensure optimal patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing patient suitability for home care and determining the appropriateness of prescribed therapies.
- Developing individualized pharmacy care plans and reviewing laboratory results to support optimal treatment.
- Counseling patients and caregivers regarding medication use and therapy management to promote adherence and safety.
- Ensuring precise prescription order entry, medication concentration, and proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
- Overseeing compounding activities, ensuring all processes comply with USP <797> standards and safety regulations.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (PharmD or MS in Pharmacy preferred).
- Current pharmacy license in Indiana.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute-care experience or 1 year in home infusion therapy.
- Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and IV therapy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to counsel patients effectively.
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and safety.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site at our pharmacy located at 11711 N College Ave Suite 125, Carmel, IN 46032. It offers Monday through Friday shifts from 8:30AM to 5PM.
