About the Role: Specialty Office in Charlotte, NC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Infusion Registered Nurse to join our growing clinical team. Responsibilities:
Administer IV infusion therapies including biologics, and other specialty medications
Assess, monitor, and document patient responses to infusion treatments throughout each visit
Establish and maintain peripheral IV access and manage central venous access devices (CVADs)
Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, side effects, and home care instructions
Collaborate with physicians, and care team members to ensure safe and effective treatment plans
Identify and respond to adverse reactions or complications in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
Minimum 1-2 years of infusion, oncology, or IV therapy nursing experience preferred
Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion and central line management
Strong knowledge of infusion medications, protocols, and safety procedures
BLS/CPR certification required
Excellent patient communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
