Job Title: Production Coordinator

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM -5:00PM

Roles and Responsibilities: As a Production Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our operations by:

- Managing headcount and maintaining employee schedules to ensure optimal productivity. 
- Facilitating clear communication among team members to foster collaboration. 
- Analyzing turnover trends and providing insights to improve employee retention. 
- Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of production coordination.

Experience Level: 
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years of manufacturing experience.
