Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Ingredient Control Supervisor for a leading manufacturing and beverage production company in Cold Spring, MN. In this role, you’ll help oversee ingredient inventory operations and support a fast-paced production environment. What You’ll Do as an Ingredient Control Lead:- Work directly with customers to understand ingredient needs and production timelines
- Supervise ingredient inventory, receiving, and kitting operations
- Ensure accurate ingredient tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Coordinate, conduct, and verify periodic inventory counts
- Lead, train, and support team members in proper workflows and procedures
- Partner with planning, shipping, and production departments
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
- Recommend improvements to processes, systems, and workflows
What You Need to Bring to the Ingredient Control Lead Role:- Associate degree preferred, but not required
- 3–5+ years of supervisory, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong math, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
- Comfortable working in warehouse environments with fluctuating temperatures
- Ability to work around alcohol and follow all required hygiene/safety guidelines (hairnets, no jewelry, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to the Cold Spring area
