What You’ll Do as an Ingredient Control Lead:

• Work directly with customers to understand ingredient needs and production timelines
• Supervise ingredient inventory, receiving, and kitting operations
• Ensure accurate ingredient tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Coordinate, conduct, and verify periodic inventory counts
• Lead, train, and support team members in proper workflows and procedures
• Partner with planning, shipping, and production departments
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
• Recommend improvements to processes, systems, and workflows

What You Need to Bring to the Ingredient Control Lead Role:

• Associate degree preferred, but not required
• 3–5+ years of supervisory, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Strong math, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments with fluctuating temperatures
• Ability to work around alcohol and follow all required hygiene/safety guidelines (hairnets, no jewelry, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to the Cold Spring area
