The In-House Sales Specialist II is responsible for leading an assigned sales team by implementing departmental procedures, driving performance, and developing talent to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintain operational plans for the assigned sales team and ensure adherence to departmental procedures
Staff, plan, control, and advise a high-performing sales force of Sales Executives and sales leadership to maximize sales volume
Supervise and lead all aspects of sales activity for a specific team
Support sales leadership in crafting data-driven, breakthrough sales strategies and plans
Challenge the status quo by re-evaluating processes and identifying innovative solutions through new methods and technologies to improve:
Business results
Customer experience
Operational efficiency
Cash down payments at the point of sale
Develop team members to achieve maximum production and operational efficiency
Consistently exceed monthly volume production targets
Schedule and coordinate new-hire and advanced training in partnership with Training and Talent Development
Deliver elite sales training initiatives and contribute to a monthly training calendar
Conduct mentorship sessions and performance reviews with select Sales Executives
Lead best-in-class sales training programs as needed
Coach, develop, empower, monitor, and mentor sales professionals to meet current business needs and support future leadership and succession planning
Conduct impactful and motivational morning sales meetings
Hold the team accountable for compliance with all policies and procedures
Drive maximum sales performance through the use of predefined performance metrics
