We're hiring Injection Mold Technicians to join our growing team in Seattle, WA. In this role you will operate production equipment, support manufacturing processes, and ensure product quality in a clean, safety‑focused environment.
We have positions available on day, night, and weekend shifts with attractive schedules working just 3 or 4 days per week - perfect for those who enjoy hands‑on work, steady income, and long‑term career growth.

What You’ll Do
As a Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality network products by:
- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and follow standard work instructions
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report equipment concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Achieve production targets and support team goals
- Accurately complete production documentation and system entries
What We're Looking For
- High School education or GED required; AA Degree preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in plastics manufacturing
- Injection Mold experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous forklift experience and experience using ERP systems preferred, but not required - training provided
Work Environment/ Physical Demands
- Work performed primarily on the manufacturing floor; noise levels may be moderate to high; PPE required
- Approximately 80% hands‑on production work and 20% clerical tasks
- Regular lifting up to 30 lbs; occasional lifting up to 45 lbs
- Exposure to varying temperatures
- May require standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and coordinated hand/foot movements
**This is designated as a Safety Sensitive position**
