Summary:
- The Injection Molding Finishing & Packaging Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently performing post-molding operations to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- This role trims and deburrs molded components, conducts visual inspections, packages finished goods, and prepares materials for inventory storage and shipment.
- The operator maintains accurate production records, follows established quality and safety procedures, and supports the efficient flow of products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound organizational skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and meet production expectations. Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, finishing, packaging, or injection molding experience.
- Experience performing visual inspections and quality checks.
- Experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools. 6+ Months experience in a manufacturing environment
