This person will be responsible for:Supporting development, validation, and optimization of injection molds and components in a regulated medical manufacturing environment.Support new product launches and troubleshoot current production challenges.Conduct mold validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) to meet FDA and ISO 13485 standards.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Quality, Tooling, Manufacturing) to ensure manufacturability.Analyze molding issues and implement corrective actions.Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.This role is a 12‑month contract with conversion or extension. It is 5 days per week onsite in Jacksonville, FL. The schedule is standard business hours Monday‑Friday.
