Pay is $20-$25/hour based on experience
4-day work week first shift - 10 hour days
Responsibilities
Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections of molded parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform preventative maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
Previous experience in injection molding or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
